Parties:

1.1 This contract will be signed between the website www.iyzigram.com, which provides services mentioned in the services section, and the institution or individuals who have completed the membership process and become a member of the site under the link www.iyzigram.com. The parties will agree to use the site and purchase the services offered on the site within the scope of the below-specified provisions and conditions.

1.2 Both parties acknowledge and accept the provisions written in this contract and the accuracy of its content. There can be no withdrawal from this contract since the parties acknowledge, declare, and undertake that the provisions stated in the contract are accurate.

All transactions and services on the site will be carried out within the framework of this customer agreement. Transactions contrary to this customer agreement will be invalid. Therefore, the transactions to be carried out on the site must be made within the framework of the contract. The contract should be carefully read before starting the transactions. The descriptions of the services and procedures are as follows:

Responsibilities:

After accepting the order notification, the company will undertake to provide the service specified in the order after acknowledging the receipt of the relevant fee. After the order is placed correctly according to the contract, the transactions will start gradually. Firstly, the site checks if the payment for the order has been made. If the payment is made, your order will be transferred to your account. If no payment is made, it will wait for 24 hours, and then your order will be transferred to your account.

3.1.2 The orders placed on www.iyzigram.com website will be notified to the customer by www.iyzigram.com, specifying the payment method, VAT differences, and the total amount to be paid, in accordance with the customer's monthly or annual payment plan preferences. The company is not responsible for any negative consequences that may arise from the use of these accounts. The customer will be held responsible for any damage that may arise from the accounts and account names. In any event of inconvenience, the sole responsible party is the customer.

3.1.4 By ordering and purchasing the services provided by www.iyzigram.com, the customer commits to fully comply with the statements and warnings issued by the company. The customer acknowledges, accepts, and undertakes to comply with any warnings or notifications published by www.iyzigram.com when purchasing services such as followers, likes, and views. These notifications are intended to ensure the customer receives a higher quality and faster service. If these notifications, which are entirely in favor of the customer, are followed, all transactions can be completed without any issues. Since the customer also accepts these notifications when placing an order on the website, the customer will be solely responsible for any problems that may arise. The company cannot be held liable under any circumstances. Therefore, it is necessary to act in accordance with the terms and content of the contract when placing an order.

3.1.5: Within the scope of the service, the customer undertakes not to access files or programs to which they do not have access using the features such as social media followers, views, and likes, and not to cause any problems as a result. The customer also undertakes to fully compensate for any damage that may arise from such issues. The company cannot be held responsible for any problems that may arise in such cases. Therefore, the customer should refrain from any actions that may cause problems. The customer needs to be cautious when performing such actions.

3.1.6 The customer acknowledges and undertakes that they are responsible for any taxes, fees, and similar obligations that are in effect or will come into effect during the contract period and that they will bear the cost. In all such cases, the company cannot be subjected to any payment or deduction of the amount payable to the company. Any additional payments arising from these situations are the customer's responsibility.

3.1.7: When receiving the service, the customer acknowledges that they are solely responsible for all their accounts and the data, documents, and programs contained within those accounts, as well as all transactions related to website and email services. The customer accepts and undertakes to bear all legal and criminal liability that may arise from the legality of such data, information, and statements. The company cannot be held responsible for any problems that may arise in this regard. In such cases and similar situations, the customer is solely responsible for the problems.

3.1.8 Before submitting the pages to the company, www.iyzigram.com does not review, verify, endorse, or assume any responsibility for pages created by the user. The company may terminate accounts if they violate these general terms or if they are believed to be harmful to the business of www.iyzigram.com or any of its users. Once the company becomes aware of or realizes any illegal activities, it has the right to delete them without notifying the customer. The company reserves the right to terminate the account. The company may exercise this right to terminate in order to overcome these situations.

3.1.9 www.iyzigram.com cannot be held responsible for any material or non-material damages arising from the misuse of customer data, the content of the data, or any data used via email as part of the services provided to customers. The backup and protection responsibilities of all these data, contents, and addresses solely belong to the customer. The company, www.iyzigram.com, will not be responsible for regularly backing up the customer's data or ensuring the protection of all such data.

3.2.0 www.iyzigram.com does not review whether the account name provided by the customer is correct or not as part of the services it provides to customers. Therefore, the actions ordered by the customer are attributed to the user account provided by the customer. The company cannot be held responsible for any problems that may arise due to the customer's account having an incorrect username, the account name being changed, or the username belonging to a hidden account. In such cases and similar situations, all responsibility lies with the customer. The company cannot be blamed for any accusations due to these reasons.

3.2.1 www.iyzigram.com provides services to customers in accordance with their requests and applicable laws. The company does not engage in illegal activities and does not provide services illegally. Each customer is responsible for their own account. Therefore, in the event of any problems that may arise, the customer is solely responsible.

3.2.2 The services provided to customers through our website are entirely based on an API system. In the event of delays in service due to the renewal or malfunction of the API application, no refund will be provided to the customer. The delivery of services such as followers, likes, automatic likes, views, live broadcasts, and other services ordered by the customer will take a minimum of 4 hours and may vary depending on the system's workload. The customer acknowledges and accepts this. After making a prepayment, the desired service will not be immediately transferred to the customer's account. Although it is not a short-term process, if the problems cannot be resolved, the customer will be offered cancellation and refund rights.

3.2.4 www.iyzigram.com provides services to the customer based on the requests made to the company. In the case of sending actions, the followers may choose to unfollow, remove likes, or delete comments at their own discretion. The individuals providing the services on your account are real people, not robots. They have the authority to remove likes, unfollow, and perform similar actions on the relevant social media account at any time. The customer acknowledges and accepts that any losses incurred as a result of such actions will not be attributed to www.medyamarketi.com and no compensation or refund will be requested from the company. This issue is entirely the customer's responsibility.

3.2.5 www.iyzigram.com immediately includes the ordered service in the customer's account and activates the service period specified according to the customer's order. In long-term services provided to the customer, the customer will not have the right to cancel or request a refund. The service duration is as specified in the order. It is not possible to make any changes, corrections, suspensions, or stops to the service. Such changes can only be made at the discretion of the company. Accordingly, the customer acknowledges, accepts, and undertakes that they have read and agreed to these provisions and the contract in the context of service procurement. The customer agrees that they do not have any rights to cancellation or refund after the fact.

3.2.6 Before an order is completed, it is necessary not to place another order for the same account.

The duration of the agreement is directly proportional to the chosen payment method, such as monthly, weekly, or yearly. The customer cannot later renounce this period or request an increase or decrease. The customer declares that they have accepted this condition.

4.3 After the payment for the ordered service is approved, the processing and start time of orders is a minimum of 24 hours. However, this time cannot be specified with absolute conditions. Minimum durations may vary depending on the requested service's content and scale. The reflection period of paid services on the account is a minimum of 30 business days. The customer acknowledges, accepts, and agrees that they have read this information and made the purchase accordingly. The customer declares that they will not make any requests for the reduction or increase of this period.

4.5 The warranty coverage specified in the packages on www.iyzigram.com does not guarantee the non-withdrawal of services such as followers, likes, views, or comments within the specified period. The company's service guarantee within the specified period is only related to consulting and guidance for the development, improvement, and achievement of goals and expectations on behalf of the social media account associated with the freely purchased service. Under no other circumstances does www.iyzigram.com guarantee any services to the customer. Customers also declare that they will not make any warranty claims for services not mentioned. Compensation can be provided for drops exceeding 25% in guaranteed categories.

4.6 Our users confirm and add all the packages they have ordered, including VAT, to their carts. The displayed prices are inclusive of VAT. By providing your personal or company information to us, we generate your invoice including VAT and send it to your registered email address.

5- Fee

5.1 The fee to be paid by the customer for the services specified in this customer agreement by the company is the amount stated during the order process. Additional fees such as VAT are calculated and shown to the customer, and the collection of money is carried out.

5.2 The company reserves the right to change prices without notifying the customer. The customer accepts, declares, and undertakes the potential changes regarding these changes.

6- Suspension

6.1 In the event of payment issues on the customer's part, the company has the right to suspend all services.

7- Termination

7.1 If the customer violates any provision of this agreement, fails to fulfill their obligations, or if the company determines that the information provided by the customer on the front side of this agreement is not accurate, or if the suspension lasts more than 7 business days, the company has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract.

8- Communication and Information Addresses

8.1 For any kind of notification arising from this agreement, the parties have agreed, declared, and committed that the postal addresses specified in the order address shall be accepted as their legal residence. Unless the address change is notified to the company, the customer's previous address will be considered valid, and all notifications will be sent to the previous postal address. The customer undertakes to accept this situation. The new address will be registered in the company's records immediately after it is notified.

9- Dispute

9.1 In the event of any dispute between the parties, the courts of Turkey/Izmir shall have jurisdiction.
